Search and Selection Manager
Location: : Knutsford - Manchester
Rate: to £ 35 K (full-time (per year))
Founded in 1998 this Company works with some of the world's leading major and independent oil companies, consultancies, trading houses, shipping companies and banks on a variety of assignments including trading, risk management, shipping and operations. They also have an Energy Recruitment division focused on the gas and power markets.
They are currently looking for experienced Permanent Recruiters to join the team and use established client and candidate contacts within the business to develop associated markets.
The aim of the Company is to be a respected niche player focusing on developing strong networks and knowledge within our specialist markets.
As a Search and Selection Manager you will:
• Developing a new desk within an established company, based on your existing knowledge and competencies within Permanent Technical Recruitment
• Network with clients to identify key opportunities
• Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Service relationships to the high standard currently provided
• Identify and develop new candidates
The ideal Search and Selection Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Full cycle recruitment experience in a technical market
• Solid search and selection experience; sourcing candidates from a wide range of sources including a lot of headhunting/proactive name gathering/networking.
• Experience in Managing a team and a division
• Interested in understanding/developing knowledge about the industry
• Capable of starting a desk from scratch.
• Experience of or interest in management.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE and additional bonuses, plus additional benefits.
