My client is looking for an experienced perms consultant to join the construction team.
The Company provides recruitment solutions for many of the UK’s leading construction, surveying, transport and utilities companies, and has established a niche market in placing professionals from overseas, especially from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Work in an existing team.
• Work from a database of clients and candidates to ensure consistent levels of client management and job filling targets
• Speak to clients and develop relationships, maintaining high levels of quality management
• Gain repeat business.
• Develop your candidate network.
• Receive continuous training and support.
• Report to the Managing Consultant


The ideal Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Minimum 1 year Permanent recruitment experience in the construction market. Please do not apply for this position if you are not an experienced recruiter
• Proven sales expertise in a fast paced, target driven environment
• High achiever – Achieved and exceeded sales targets
• Used to working in pressurised environments
• Professional.

You will be required to work the hours of 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

In return you will receive a salary of £18000 - £25000 depending on skills and experiences with an OTE of £70000 plus additional benefits.
