Project Co-ordinator
Location: : Nuneaton - Birmingham, Coventry, East Midlands, Jobs4Network, West Midlands
Rate: £ 20 to £ 24 K (full-time (per year))
This is an exciting and progressive opportunity to work for a medium sized company within the medical industry who supply medical equipment. The role will be working as part of a team responsible for looking after new projects from start to completion. You will be working from the initial tender request through to implementation, sign-off and after service.
Responsibilities
•Keeping the team updated with up and coming tenders within the institutions and submitting relevant documentation to be submitted.
•Collating all the relevant documentation required for meetings/tenders set up.
•Liaising with approved suppliers to obtain best price quotations
•Putting together and keeping updated spreadsheet for the team
•Dealing with associated third parties involved in the process.
•Attending on-site meetings to review the project and collate all relevant information such required as dimensions and scope of materials required.
•Produce AutoCAD design layouts for tender projects
•Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are achieved.
•Liaising with the manufacturers to ensure that the equipment is built to specification and ready for shipment on the due date.
Experience required:
AutoCAD Skills essential
Project co-ordination skills desirable
Experience of dealing with Tenders and BIDS would be an advantage
