As a Consultant you will:
• Continually develop the client base and recruitment opportunities through active sales techniques
• Utilise proactive methods of job searching for candidates
• Be offered continual training and development in all aspects of the recruitment process
• Work in a team of experienced Consultants
• Have freedom to work to your own style
• Consistently achieve set targets
The ideal Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Proven track record of successful business development
• Experienced in Permanent recruitment
• Strong communication skills
• Tenacious, passionate approach to representing company values
• Dynamic, vibrant personality
• Professional in appearance and approach
In return you will receive a salary of up to £22,000 depending on skills and experiences with a generous OTE (up to 30% of billings) and regular additional performance related bonuses, and car allowances for top performers. Mobiles and Blackberries are also provided
