HR Shared Service Centre Manager

Rate: £ 30 to £ 35 K (full-time (per year)) + bonus,pension etc

HR/HUMAN RESOURCES SHARED SERVICE CENTRE MANAGER

LOCATION: Doncaster/Sheffield/Wakefield/Scunthorpe/Mansfield/Lincoln

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £30-35,000 + bonus 7.5%, final salary pension, life assurance (4 x times salary), flexible benefits packages offering a range of discounts on products and services

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Demonstrable HR/Human Resources success in delivering efficient and effective HR/Human Resources shared services across a business
-Minimum of 2 years line management experience
-Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
-Knowledge of technological solutions for HR/Human Resources call centre based shared services
-Knowledge of HR/Human Resources databases (Snowdrop wd be advantage)
-Working with HR/Human Resources metrics
-Knowledge of Data protection
-Knowledge of general UK employment law
-Knowledge of wide range of generic HR/Human Resources Shared Service processes and procedures
-Strong team management skills (Gd strong leader)
-SLA/Contract Management skills
-Influencing and conflict management skills
-IT skills including Word and Excel
-Delivery of HR/Human Resources Shared Services UK wide
-Implementation of HR call centre
-English and Maths GSCE (A-C)
-Team player
-Customer focused
-Professional
-Attention to detail
-Resilient
-Able to work flexibly Mon to Fri to meet the needs of the job-

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
-Background in the production or transport sectors
-Worked within a strong unionised culture
-Team restructuring and skills development experience
-Working in a safety compliant environment
-Delivery of Shared Services UK wide
-Implementation of HR/Human Resources Call Centre
-CIPD qualified or part qual
-Degree level education

ROLE INFORMATION:
-Develop and manage a multi skilled HR/Human Resources shared service administration team of 6.
-Review, develop the HR/Human Resources Snowdrop database. (You at work flexible benefits system and other employee benefits)
Identify, develop and implement appropriate call centre technology solutions for service centre delivery.
-Deliver the administration support for all the shared HR systems and contracts such as BUPA/Flexible benefits etc.
-Develop, agree and deliver service level agreements/KPI's
-Develop, implement and analyse HR/Human Resources metrics to prove and improve efficiency of shared service provision
-Identify and deliver HR/Human Resources shared services to external 3rd parties to generate revenue
-Maintain a min of 10% per annum of all safety critical staff on the random -Drugs and Alcohol on site selector processes
-Reconcile and authorise invoices for payment as appropriate to role
Maintain electronic and paper records and systems in accordance with legislative and company procedures
-Provide data and Report/statistics as requested
-In conjunction with HR/Human Resources management colleagues develop and maintain a high quality intranet and internet presence
-To actively support your HR/Human Resources management colleagues in developing and running an efficient and effective HR/Human Resources team.
