HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover)

We currently have a superb opportunity for an Interim HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and forward thinking HR team based within our Dearne Valley Contact Centre.

This role will report into the Senior HR Business Partner and will involve working in partnership with the Business Manager and Operational Managers, the successful candidate will focus on Recruitment, Absence Management, Employee Welfare, Disciplinary and Grievance, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention and Management Information. In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to working in partnership with the local communities and promoting the employer brand in order to make TSC an employer of choice.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be educated to degree level and be CIPD qualified. Experience of working in a similar role is essential.

An up to date knowledge of employment law combined with excellent communication and inter-personal skills is essential for the successful candidate.
