Data Migration Analyst

My high profile client is looking for a Data Migration Analyst who is required to extract and cleanse HR data from a variety of source systems and convert to an agreed format for upload into an ERP system. Main duties will be to analyse the existing data in the systems to determine accuracy and completeness and extract the required data from source systems, develop repeatable routines and processes for the cleansing, normalisation, consolidation and augmentation of the data. Applicants must have proven experience of large data migrations, preferably involving HR and/or Payroll, experience of data analysis and mapping, extensive experience of relational databases along with experience of extracting data from SQL.
