Personnel & Care Bank is a leading Domiciliary Care Recruiter who have been providing councils and private clients with teams of staff for over two decades. We are actively recruiting for driven, passionate and career focussed individuals.
Working as a Domiciliary Business Developer (25 hours per week), you will liaise with many different organisations, introducing yourself to a wide variety of departments, building a strong working relationship (primarily over the phone), and you will also secure new business opportunities and expand our existing client base.

Skills
Your Domiciliary Care skills and knowledge will be vital when introducing the services that PCB effectively offers to councils and private service users, sending them literature and organising meetings to discuss how the PCB team can provide them with a high quality and robust recruitment solution.

Experience
Experience within Home Care/Business Development.
