Experience
Reporting to the Area Manager this role will be to develop a perms division for the company. Initially through personal billing, this will develop into a management role as the division grows.
Working closely with senior management and branch management, you will be expected to develop a strategic plan to deliver perm revenue year one and longer term sector development years two and three.
You will also be responsible for overseas perm recruitment, working alonside our European operation.
Experience of permanent recruitment, track record of winning, developing and delivering on high spend accounts.
Ideally you would have had management experience, strategic planning and development of a sector.
